Service Description
VELVET ARMOUR FACIAL is a soothing, replenishing treatment created for dry, dehydrated, sensitive, environmentally stressed or compromised skin. This restorative experience gently cleanses while surrounding the skin with calming hydration and barrier-supportive ingredients selected according to its current condition. Your treatment includes a gentle double cleanse, light exfoliation only when appropriate, a deeply comforting mask, nourishing hydration, moisturizer and protective sunscreen. The focus is to calm visible irritation, replenish lost moisture and leave the complexion feeling soft, comforted and beautifully renewed. This facial is ideal for clients experiencing tightness, flaking, sensitivity or dryness, as well as skin stressed by weather changes or the overuse of active products. It may also be recommended to prepare and strengthen the skin before beginning more advanced corrective treatments. Aggressive extractions, chemical peels and intensive resurfacing treatments are not included.
Cancellation Policy
To provide the best service to all of my clients and respect everyone’s time, the following policies are now in effect: 1. Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.    •   Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a 50% late cancellation fee.    •   No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. All cancellations has to be done through the website. I will no longer accept cancellations or rescheduling via email or via text message 2. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.    •   This deposit will go toward your total service cost.    •   If you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment.    •   If you cancel within 24 hours or no-show, the deposit will be forfeited. 3. How to Cancel or Reschedule: All cancellations or changes must be done through the booking system. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
