Pet Policy
For the comfort and safety of all clients, no pets are allowed during services. Please ensure all animals are secured prior to your appointment.
Cancellation & Deposit Policy
To provide the best service to all of my clients and respect everyone’s time, the following policies are now in effect:
Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a 50% late cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
• This deposit will go toward your total service cost.
• If you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment.
• If you cancel within 24 hours or no-show, the deposit will be forfeited.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
All cancellations or changes must be done through the booking system or by texting 815-528-7211.
