Service Description
The Teen Facial is a gentle, educational skincare experience created especially for young and developing skin. Designed for ages 8–17, this service introduces youth clients to the importance of healthy skincare habits while providing a customized treatment that supports their unique needs. During the session, each teen receives a thoughtful skin assessment followed by a tailored facial that may include cleansing, exfoliation, extractions when appropriate, a soothing mask, moisturizer, and sunscreen. Throughout the experience, teens learn about their skin type, how to care for it, and simple, practical routine guidance they can confidently use at home. This service is ideal for youth with mild concerns such as dryness, oiliness, congestion, or occasional breakouts. Teens experiencing more advanced acne may benefit from the Clarity Spotlight Acne Facial or the Spotlight Skin Reset for deeper corrective support. A parent or guardian must provide consent for clients under 18.
Cancellation Policy
To provide the best service to all of my clients and respect everyone’s time, the following policies are now in effect: 1. Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a 50% late cancellation fee. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. All cancellations has to be done through the website. I will no longer accept cancellations or rescheduling via email or via text message 2. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. • This deposit will go toward your total service cost. • If you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment. • If you cancel within 24 hours or no-show, the deposit will be forfeited. 3. How to Cancel or Reschedule: All cancellations or changes must be done through the booking system. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
