Service Description
The Clarity Spotlight Acne Facial is a corrective treatment created for acne-prone, oily and congested skin experiencing active breakouts, clogged pores and visible inflammation. Each appointment is customized according to your skin’s current condition, sensitivity and stage of progress. The treatment includes a thorough double cleanse, acne-appropriate exfoliation, careful extractions when suitable, a customized mask, balancing hydration, moisturizer and protective sunscreen. High frequency and LED light therapy may also be incorporated when appropriate to support a calmer, clearer and healthier-looking complexion. This facial is most effective as part of a consistent professional treatment schedule supported by an appropriate home-care routine. Your skin’s response will be monitored, and future treatments may be adjusted as congestion, hydration and breakouts change. This service does not promise to cure acne. Clients experiencing severe, painful or cystic breakouts may be advised to consult a dermatologist or qualified healthcare provider in addition to receiving esthetic care.
Cancellation Policy
To provide the best service to all of my clients and respect everyone’s time, the following policies are now in effect: 1. Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a 50% late cancellation fee. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. All cancellations has to be done through the website. I will no longer accept cancellations or rescheduling via email or via text message 2. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. • This deposit will go toward your total service cost. • If you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment. • If you cancel within 24 hours or no-show, the deposit will be forfeited. 3. How to Cancel or Reschedule: All cancellations or changes must be done through the booking system. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
