Service Description
Our Body Contouring Consultation offers a thoughtful and personalized introduction to the contouring techniques best suited for your aesthetic goals. During this session, our specialists take the time to explain each option, ensuring you feel informed, confident, and supported throughout your decision‑making process. Please note that the consultation fee is non‑refundable; however, if you choose to move forward with any service, the fee will be applied toward your total treatment cost. To officially reserve your sessions, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. We are committed to providing a calm, elevated experience that guides you toward the results you envision.
Cancellation Policy
To provide the best service to all of my clients and respect everyone’s time, the following policies are now in effect: 1. Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a 50% late cancellation fee. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. 2. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. • This deposit will go toward your total service cost. • If you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment. • If you cancel within 24 hours or no-show, the deposit will be forfeited. 3. How to Cancel or Reschedule: All cancellations or changes must be done through the booking system or by texting 828-528-7211. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
